TIME Engineering Berhad (“TIME”) was incorporated on 12 October 1970 as TIME Engineering Sdn Bhd and was converted into a public company on 24 June 1983 upon which it assumed its present name. It was listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 12 September 1983.
